I always enjoy the call from my friend JP who operates Sarafina Pizza. This means we have to photograph some new flavours of gourmet frozen pizzas, which of course is followed by a true taste testing. For the second round of photographs we invited some non-partisan guests to partake in the tasting. The new flavours include Pepperoni and Quattro Formaggi, which are made with a crunchy rice crust; Pizza Funghi is on a multi-grain crust, and the Mediterraneo Veggie Delight is on a wonderful sweet potato crust. Needless to say all these tasted great and will be available in your grocers’ freezer soon.
