Pancakes and Portraits

Last month some friends dropped by early one Sunday morning for some portraits; so I made some pancakes.  Not sure about the connection, but I think it helps put a natural smile on their faces!  Rebecca is in a theatre group so she needed some actors’ head shots, while Emma is in banking and required some corporate head shots. It seems the key to good results is to use some good natural lighting and real maple syrup!

Year End Post

This month I wrapped up the year by shooting some portraits for various clients.  These included a couple of gorgeous kids, a great DJ, and a fun family. Some natural lighting on the kids really added a nice look. It can’t always be bikinis and racing!

Looking forward to some exciting projects coming in the new year!
